Located in Shreveport, LA, the Biomedical Research Foundation Site is part of the “biomedical corridor” which connects Willis-Knighton Hospital, LSU Medical Center, and Schumpert Medical Center. The research labs and manufacturing facilities at the site are dedicated to developing cutting edge technologies that have practical applications for medical treatments. Construction at the 13 acre facility began in 2001. In 2005, the second phase was completed. One building pad remains for future development.
